Araz cachaça was created with the aim of valuing Brazil and the entire Latin continent, we invest in product quality and innovation! The idea is to always deliver good, different products, where we listen to the consumer and carry out sensory tests, preferably with at least 120 consumers who frequently drink cachaça or mixed drinks. Without essences and concentrates: Our mixed drinks are made with infusion of natural products. Araz cachaça seeks to value the richness of Brazil and Latin America, both in the drink and in its presentation. Each flavor features a Brazilian bird illustrated by a local artist. This idea is to also bring the craftsmanship on the label, telling a little about the bird and its biome. The macaws and birds are colorful, happy, noisy, they walk in groups and are faithful, as is the Araz cachaça, a representation of the Latin people. Artisanal distillation, in a copper still, filtered through mineral charcoal. The beginning and end of the distillation are discarded, leaving only the best part, which we call the "heart".
One of the best sellers in the summer. The mint flavor is light, very reminiscent of white cachaça, but the finish is very refreshing. Tasty and light, suitable for hot days. The caipirinha made with it is fantastic and can also be used in other drinks. Pairs well with: Barbecue, Japanese food, Arabic food, fish, Gruyère cheese. Tips: Store in the refrigerator or freezer. It can also be used to season/marinate mutton. On the label the Brazilian bird, The large Martin Pescador is a beautiful bird found in the Pantanal. It stands out for its agility and ability to fish. Its color is intense and varies from a deep blue to bluish gray with a striking red belly.
The flavor is balanced between sweet and spicy. Slightly sweet, and the spiciness is light to moderate. Its base is Cachaça aged for 2 years in a Jequitibá Rosa barrel and 2 years in an Amburana barrel. It pleased lovers of traditional woody cachaça and those who prefer a sweet mixed drink. Araz de Mel e Pimenta was developed as a special edition, however, it was such a success that it joined our fixed line! Pairs well with: Bar food, pasta with red sauce, shrimp, feijoada, pancetta, milk chocolate, parmesan cheese. Tips: Always store in the refrigerator or one hour before consuming. Brazilian bird: The Green-billed Toucan has the colors of honey and pepper, ingredients that, when mixed, bring the sweetness of honey with the spiciness of finger pepper. The same goes for toucans, flirtatious birds in the wedding procession and very protective of their nest, being able to be sweet with their family, but very strong and brave if something or someone threatens their sacred territory.
It reminds me a lot of the caipirinha! Very traditional flavor and very well accepted all year round. Refreshing and tasty, in addition to the caipirinha itself, it goes very well in several drinks. Infallible tip: stored in the refrigerator and freezer. Pairs well with: Salami, pork, smoked Hungarian sausage, fresh Minas cheese, semi-cured cheese, barbecue, peanuts. Tips: A dose of Araz lemon, a stone of ice and honey! This mix is perfect! Mix some of it into the white brigadeiro (Brazilian sweet) and you will have a perfect caipirinha brigadeiro. It can also be used, together with Ginger Araz, to marinate pork. On the label, the Brazilian bird, the Araz de Limão, refers to the flavor of the caipirinha, appreciated throughout the country and around the world, whose color and presence is related to the famous Loro or True Parrot, known for being a companion bird, for its beauty and for wearing the colors of the Brazilian flag.
